At UCSD, we are classifed under the Professional Fraternity Council due to our focus on professionalism and service to the chapter, campus, community and country. This is not to be confused with the fraternities and sororities in the IFC, PHC or MGC.

Frats and Sororities are essentially beefy versions of clubs, and hold regular meetings on campus. -2.UCSD does not have a typical Greek life here; only ~10% of students go Greek and Greek frats/sororities do not have the same power/prestige like in other Greek-centric schools.
