To me I think it's a government facility that may actually contain secrets underground. The back of the building has an elevator that cannot be used (at the moment) and that might potentially be where all the secret stuff there is. But for now it's basically an office building with an absurd number of both normal and occasionally military zombies.Ahh, this explains that. We had VERY few zombies spawn in the base, and they were all (I think) wearing civilian clothes. Probably only 5-10 zeds in the whole base when we came through. The secret army base is pretty neat, although apparently swarming with zeds (I've never lived long enough to make it there to check). The mall is also pretty cool, but big enough to get respawning zombies in it.
