On MHD I have normal mode set to OEM-style on a short duration, sport mode I have set to the most aggressive setting but for .2sec and only over 3500rpm and 30mph. Basically it'll do alittle burble or one big, but not like gunshot annoying loud pop. I found the best scenario for the pops/burbles is to have lower RPM set for activation (I think mine is like 2200RPM). From 40-50mph in 5th or 6th gear let off throttle and let the car slow down.
