Customer service stated they needed to wait until spirit refunded them to provide refund to me 😂. The charges were from lucky2go. Customer service stated refunds can take 2-3 weeks up to 3-6 months to be refunded 😂 absolute scam company. Not very lucky. Update: I eventually got a refund after 1.5 months. Original: I was told that I'll receive my boarding passes no later than 8 hours before my flight but that never happened and I had to manually check in. Then my flight got canceled, I've contacted lucky2go 5 days ago about a refund and got no reply.
