TPR really offers a solid foundation if you like to learn things by reading through a textbook, although it doesn't come close to that of what the 300 page KA notes offers you. Anki+300/86 page doc supplement with uearth will get you to 129+ n=1 as well but the Kaplan book was poorly explained imho and had some inconsistencies with what I had previously learned as a neuroscience major. The 300 pg doc or even the 100 pg doc was significantly more concise and provided better explanations.
