Sanitize the dispenser by mixing one tablespoon of bleach with one gallon of water. Fill the water reservoir with the sanitizing solution and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Drain the sanitizing solution and rinse the dispenser with clean water. Allow the dispenser to air dry completely before refilling with water.
