So the Cold Boot mission for when you're completing beginner stuff on a new character is still not working. You need to beat it so you can progress the quest line and eventually unlock solar and arc subclasses on a new character, but you literally can't. I remember this being a problem last season too when I tried to start my Titan.

Then you kill a hive knight and use the hive sword.
