I have loved my hair all three times. Cynthia and Tally are both so talented!"The problem is that a blow dry bar should specialize in BLOWING OUT hair. The stylists here wash and dry your hair haphazardly and then style with a curling iron or flat iron. This leads to flat hair at the crown and lots of frizz.
