Att wifi extender setup

Sounds to me like your AirTie is not linked to the router. There is no AirTie WiFi network you need to connect to. This is WiFi mesh, when it's linked with the router it will have the exact same SSID and password as the router. When your device gets far away from the router and closer to the AirTie it will automatically switch to the AirTie.
